1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Iveco Guys, a mobile, on-site IVECO LGV and commercial vehicle diagnostic and repair specialist.
We provide vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs at your location or a designated site.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website.

Once a booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange a suitable time and location for the work.

Please ensure safe and adequate access to the vehicle for our technician to work on-site.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible
3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the information given at the time of booking.

If additional work is required, we’ll inform you and seek approval before proceeding.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) and parts are charged at current retail rates.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Parts & Warranty

We use only genuine Iveco parts or equivalent OEM-quality components.

All parts supplied and fitted by us carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

Our workmanship is covered by a 30-day service guarantee from the date of completion.

We are not responsible for faults arising from parts supplied by the customer or from pre-existing issues.
5. On-Site Work & Safety

You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for on-site repairs.

We reserve the right to refuse work if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.

While every effort is made to complete work on time, unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, parts supply, or technical complexity) may affect scheduling.
6. Payments

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved business account.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed terms. Late payments may incur charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Ownership of any parts fitted remains with The Iveco Guys until payment is received in full.
7. Liability

While every care is taken, The Iveco Guys will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of earnings or downtime).

We are not responsible for damage or faults caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs after our visit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence.
8. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking at any time before work begins.

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your appointment, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel and administrative costs.
9. Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
